Instant Pot Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups water, divided
1 (32 oz) jar marinara sauce
8 ounces spaghetti, broken
Parmesan cheese, for serving
Directions
- Turn pressure cooker to sauté. Add the beef and garlic and cook until it begins to brown. Add the salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of water. Pour in the marinara and add the spaghetti. Stir to combine.
- Add the remaining water and do not stir. Cook on high for 8 minutes and quick release when finished.
- Stir well and serve with parmesan cheese.
